Billing terms
Effective September 20, 2026. These terms cover paid isGenAI prompt services and supplement our service terms.
Prices and renewal
Starter costs US$9 per month or US$90 per year. Pro costs US$19 per month or US$190 per year. Annual prices are charged in full at purchase and each annual renewal. A prepaid pack costs US$5 once for 25 reconstructions and does not renew. Checkout displays the total before payment. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
What is included
Starter includes 50 reconstructions per calendar month, storage for 100 prompt results and saved-prompt extraction batches of up to 10 images. Pro includes 150 reconstructions per calendar month, storage for 1,000 results and batches of up to 50 images. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, including annual subscriptions; unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Prepaid credits have no expiry and are used after the monthly allowance. Saved metadata extraction does not consume credits. Failed provider requests restore your credit. Storage contains results you explicitly save, not original uploaded files.
Cancel or manage billing
Open Your account and choose Manage billing to cancel renewal, update a payment method or view invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and prevents the next renewal. Existing saved results remain available to read, export or delete after cancellation; adding results requires an active subscription. We do not automatically switch plans or apply prorated upgrades.
Refunds and payment problems
Contact us about duplicate charges, billing mistakes, unavailable paid services or refund requests. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A full subscription refund ends that subscription and its paid access. Refunded prepaid credits are removed in proportion to the refund, up to the credits remaining. Partial subscription refunds do not automatically cancel the subscription. Failed subscription payments suspend paid access until Stripe confirms payment. Disputed payments may suspend paid usage during review; billing management remains available.
Account access and service limits
Use your email and password to sign in. Save the recovery code supplied at registration: it is needed to reset your password. Email alone does not recover an account. Never share your password or recovery code. Paid capacity is checked before checkout and service usage is limited to the purchased allowance. Temporary provider outages can still occur. Contact us if an interruption prevents you from using a paid allowance.
What results mean
Reconstruction produces a useful prompt for a similar result, not proof of the original prompt or authorship. Saved metadata may be edited. Paid plans do not increase checker accuracy or change evidence standards. Do not treat results as legal advice or proof about a person.
Payments and contact
Stripe processes payments for isGenAI through the merchant account of Houssam Aït ouaziz. Your bank may also display the merchant’s existing statement prefix. We do not receive your full card number.
