Tell us what you were trying to do

Describe the task in your own words, the page or tool you used, what you expected and what happened. For a file problem, include the format, approximate size, browser and any visible error. That is everything we need to investigate the real problem rather than guess from a score.

Start without sending the original file or pasted text. Remove private details from examples, and tell us whether we can use a sample in a public explanation. Sending feedback never grants permission to publish your content or attribute a quotation to you.

Choose the right next step

For a disputed result, follow the correction process. For a missing prompt or creation record, start with the worked guides and what the checker reads. For an integration issue, include the endpoint and a redacted error from the API.
