Corrections
Every isGenAI result is open to challenge. Creators and publishers add context, dispute a result or submit verifiable origin proof, and because public receipts and cases are append-only, every change stays auditable.
Ask for a correction without using the API
Contact isGenAI with the page, report or case link, the statement you believe is wrong, and the evidence that supports a correction. Tell us how you obtained the evidence and which part of the result it changes. No API knowledge needed.
Keep the original file if you have it: a screenshot shows an error, but the creation records needed to investigate live in the original. Start with a description and share material you have permission to disclose. A missing AI label is not, by itself, proof of human authorship, and we treat it that way.
Proof API
Submit creator or provider proof to POST /v1/cases/{case_id}/proof with proof type, contact details and a short statement.
Correction API
Submit context to POST /v1/corrections with a check_id, contact details and explanation.
isGenAI validates every submission against evidence. Assertions alone change nothing, which is what keeps a correction worth having.
