Compare AI detectors
isGenAI compared with other AI detectors
Most AI detectors are classifiers: they estimate from pixels or writing style and return a score. isGenAI reads the evidence a file or text actually carries (C2PA Content Credentials, IPTC AI labels, saved prompts, declared AI use) and shows where each finding came from, free and without an account. These pages compare the two approaches product by product, using each product’s own pages.
Each comparison says plainly where the other product is the better choice, such as audio and video scoring or a probability for a screenshot that has lost its records. isGenAI is not affiliated with any product listed here; names are used only to identify them.

How isGenAI decides
- Read the records saved in the file: C2PA manifests, IPTC digital source type, saved prompts from AUTOMATIC1111, ComfyUI, InvokeAI and NovelAI, and EXIF or generator metadata.
- Report each finding with the field it came from, and keep C2PA signature validity and signer trust separate.
- In text and code, show the sentence that declares AI use and keep a mere mention of a tool apart.
- When there is no record, say so. “No AI evidence found” means no record in that copy, never proof of a human or a camera.
