Image Resizer

Resize an image to an exact width and height, then download the PNG. Your file stays in your browser.

Bulk image resizer: Fit a batch of images within chosen dimensions and export numbered files together or individually.

Your selected images stay in this browser. No AI model call or server upload.

Selected files: 0 · PNG, JPEG and WebP. Up to 8 MB per file and 12 million decoded pixels. Batch totals cannot exceed 40 MB. Exports are still images; animation is not retained.

Settings

Exported images do not carry the original saved prompts, EXIF or Content Credentials. Keep the original file when you need its creation records.

Set output dimensions in pixels. This resizes the decoded image to that rectangle; changing its aspect ratio stretches the picture. Use the displayed original dimensions to preserve its proportions.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, or run the example to check its original dimensions.
  2. Enter the required width and height in pixels. To preserve proportions, multiply both original dimensions by the same scale factor.
  3. Run the resizer, inspect the output dimensions and download the PNG. Each dimension must be 1–12,000 pixels and the output must stay within 12 million pixels.

Frequently asked questions

How do I resize an image without stretching it?

Set both dimensions to the same proportion of the original. New height = original height × new width ÷ original width. Round to a whole pixel. This tool uses exact dimensions; it does not lock the aspect ratio automatically.

Does resizing reduce the file size?

Fewer pixels often help, but the PNG output can be larger than an original JPEG or WebP. Review the actual output bytes. For a smaller JPEG or WebP, use the image compressor after choosing your target dimensions.
